The deal between you and Convey

The service

Convey records your screen and voice at your request and uses AI to produce a shorter, narrated demo you can share by link. AI output can be wrong: review your demo before you send it. The service is provided as-is; we work hard to keep it up but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Your account

One person per account. Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for what is recorded and shared from your account, including having the right to record the content on your screen and any voices your microphone picks up.

Credits and plans

One credit turns one minute of recorded footage into a produced demo (minimum 2 per production). Adding a language costs the same as a new production. Short cuts (highlight, teaser, custom up to 2 minutes) cost 2 credits; longer custom cuts cost 1 credit per minute of output.
Free accounts receive 10 credits once. Paid plans receive their credits each billing month; unused monthly credits do not roll over. Top-up credits never expire.
If a production fails because of us, the credits are returned automatically.
Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time in Settings; you keep your plan until the period ends.
Prices exclude taxes where applicable. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Convey to record or share content that is illegal, that you have no right to record, that harasses or defames anyone, or that contains malware. Don’t attempt to circumvent credits, caps or security measures, or to scrape the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this, and refund unused paid credits at our discretion.

Your content

Your recordings and the demos produced from them are yours. You grant Convey the licence needed to store, process and display them to the people you share links with, and to operate the service. We may show anonymised, aggregated usage statistics, never your content, without permission.

Comments and reactions

Comments are visible to everyone with the demo’s link. Creators can delete comments on their demos. Be decent.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Convey is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed. You can stop using Convey and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
