Questions

What counts as a minute?

Minutes of your recording. A 5-minute recording costs 5 credits to produce, whatever the finished length (minimum 2). Teasers, highlights and custom cuts up to two minutes are 2 credits.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly credits reset each billing month. Top-up credits never expire and are used after your monthly ones.

Does editing by chat cost credits?

Most edits are free: zooms, text screens, rewording a line, titles, colours, snippets and MP4 downloads. Anything that makes a new video uses credits: another language, another length, a version for a new audience, or a new narrator for the whole video.

What if producing fails?

If a production fails on our side, the credits come straight back.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from Settings. You keep your plan and credits until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and every demo stays watchable.

What happens to my videos on the Free plan?

They stay up and shareable, with a small “Made with Convey” badge. You can keep watching, sharing and editing by chat; you only need credits to make new videos.

Can I get a refund?
